When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and completed in batches, every 3-4 weeks a new batch will be delivered to the Northwood Academy Office that you request (upper school, lower school, pre-school) for distribution to the student as identified by the information provided during checkout. Your student will receive a sealed, labeled package.
Can I have my order delivered to my home?
For a shipping fee, yes, your item/s may be shipped directly to your home if you prefer. Otherwise, your order will be delivered directly to your student by the Northwood Academy Athletic Admin, per the information provided at checkout.
Can I exchange my order?
Items are produced per order, and may not be returned or refunded. There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective. No exceptions. We are more than happy to answer any and all questions about sizing prior to purchase: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I get a different item or design?
When it comes to Spirit Wear, please email us with any special requests that you may not see on the site. We are frequently updating and adding new products for Charger fans! email@example.com
How do I add my child's name/grade to my order?
This option is in the CART, prior to checkout. Type the info in the box entitled "order special instructions". There is a bright blue note at the bottom of each page with these directions as well.
